Hello, I hope you are doing good, What i know about MRP, it consider the inventory you have at the locations then it can create planned purchase orders or transfer orders for those items. MRP has the option to ignore certain items based on specific parameters on the item record? what i want to do in MRP is if an item has a certain status(custom field on item record) then it shouldn't consider that item in its calculations

If you set the Replenishment Method to Reorder Point it will not be considered in MRP
