I would like to ask for help with the following issue: I have a workflow that triggers when creating a purchase order and sends an email with a template to the supplier of the order. I would like to send two different templates depending on the subsidiary of the purchase order, but I can't figure out how to add that condition in the workflow. I greatly appreciate your help. Are you asking about the email that goes out, or the attachment PDF/HTML for the transaction?

hi suitedevv, thanks for your time, i want to send two differents body's content , depending on the subsidiary of the PO. because we are sending information of each subsidiary (celphones, adress, contact name, etc) to the vendors

Depending on content you want, you can reference subsidiary fields there in the email text.
