anyone else experiencing issues with their csv imports showing as Pending status for a few minutes even when their is nothing running on that queue? Or scheduled scripts also showing as Pending. already checked our concurrency monitor and we are nowhere near the limit. is there anything else we should check to see if the suitecloud processors are being maxed out? Or if it's something else causing the delay

Yes! I have a user that mentioned this same thing to me. CSV imports sitting in Pending for a few minutes (no other imports pending or processing at the same time). When I asked her to show me it took about 5 minutes and then finally kicked off. I haven't seen the same thing personally, but she said it's happened a number of times. I asked her to grab 4-5 separate examples with screenshots and then I'd take it to support. If you get a defect filed, send it my way and I'll tag onto it.

thanks, will let you know and yes its tricky to see these because most people dont pay attention when processing them but i had a user message me when it was stuck and i had enough time to log in and see it myself, which was also about a 5 minute delay before it started. also waiting for screenshots to submit to NetSuite. just curious what data center are you on?
