Anyone else run into 2024.1 upgrade failures in their leading accounts? Received a message logging in this morning that our leading account's 2024.1 upgrade had been rolled back.

Yeah I got one. “We have rescheduled your account upgrade due to an unforeseen maintenance schedule conflict.”

@Seth Duda Yes, same. Not sure if coincidence, but our leading account is also now so slow to be unusable. Did you run into this as well?

Yes, all of our accounts are at a crawl
I've heard that the upgrade window is until the 26th, and expect the update to happen by then
@Craig Haroldson Seems like this slowness is related to the OCI migration that will happen at some point. Our newer test drive accounts on OCI are fine, the older ones, part of "The Blip" are still slow.

@Seth Duda We have general slowness on all old tstdrv accounts, but the leading accounts that failed the 2024.1 upgrade are completely unusable. On average, it takes 2 minutes just to log in and 5+ minutes to view a customer record.

Submitted an SDN case and demo'd the slowness to the support rep. Waiting to hear back now on whether a defect will be filed.
