Does anyone utilise LCS Company pass and how do you find it works best with employees. Schedule in time for NS learning/do as a group/assign "homework" - what do you find has the best uptake? Or do you have it just for yourself/other admins?

Yes, we find it works well. We're self-serve. Users request access but it's down to them or their line manager to define their training materials.
