Does anyone else find it dumb that you cannot use reference a deactivated employee on a list/record lookup? We often have employees leave and have to re-activate them temporarily to do basic things. For example, we often have employees leave and then accounting needs to enter in any un-entered expense reports. Can’t be done without re-activating the employee. I wish they’ve give us an option to “allow selection of inactive employee”

Can you keep them active and remove their roles until you’re done with those tasks?
