Hi, can someone help me with a formula for a saved search, please? A purpose of the saved search is to find duplicate journals that were created from the same originating transaction (a custom field). If the document number of the journals are different but the originating transaction is the same as well the Amount of the journals, then show or highlight those transactions in the result. Does someone know if that possible to achieve and what formula to use? Thank you

Use a summary of 'Count' for document number/internal id of the journal in results. Use a summary of Group for the originating transaction field. Apply a summary criteria where count of document number/internal id is greater than 1. That should narrow down your search
