Text Enhance: We have our RP account and use Global search to find [Text Enhance] There is a company preference result but when we click we get Page Not Found. Great start https://accountid-rp.app.netsuite.com/textenhance/textenhancesettings.nl
Ok Support fixed this issue, as the RP account wasn't actually the RP version, We are now running 2024.1, Text Enhance enabled, but still no option on the Item record to actually use it!.

The option is in my RP, but when clicked the response is:

Ok, update from support is that Text Enhance is only available in the "Americas + English language " accounts currently . Anyone in a non-USA datacentre with Text Enhance access which contradicts the reply from Support?
