Anyone familiar with generating Customer Statements in Bulk? I’m trying to generate a statement for a customer in a subsidiary but the statement is being sent with the the subject of ‘Parent Company’ Statement xyz…

That's a system limitation. I filed a support ticket regarding this a month ago

Workaround is to create a workflow/script to build your own bulk customer statement page

Thanks. I was trying to avoid going down the SuiteScript path...

You can make a scheduled workflow that sends these out and customize the template within the workflow. You can also trigger this using a mass update so you can choose what statements to send and when

You can customize the subject and body of the email as well as include the statement as a pdf

Enhancement 140758 so frustrating -_- & it's at least 4 years old. We use a WF to customise the email text :slightly_smiling_face:
