not sure if this is NS specific but have a user that just started having an issue with a list field on sales order, nothing has changed permissions wise and other users with the same role it's working normal. The issue is that this is a list field to select another sales order, normally it would be one where you can type in and search for transactions. however for this user it's just a normal dropdown with option to search, also when they select a value it's selecting something else. Already tried the usual shift+F5 for a hard refresh and clearing cache. Even tried a different browser (Firefox and Chrome) and it's doin the same thing. Their default browser is Edge. Check the User's preferences. There's a setting for Maximum Entries in Dropdowns, I think that's what you want.
