Workflow/Saved Search Email question:
Currently, I have a saved search that I edited to be emailed to me and another employee only when there's a new/update of the records and this is scheduled everyday in the morning to send the email. The reality is the email is a hit or miss. I get it the odd times but majority of the times I don't even when a record is created or updated.
Now, I just want to create a scheduled or even event based workflow to send an email. However, when I created the workflow, I would like to see the full list of results like the saved search showed me. Currently, the workflow only shows me what fields have been changed that's it.
Is there a way to have a workflow show me the results of a saved search either on a schedule or event based?
