I created a saved search for the email notification whenever a customer’s data is changed. It works, but I am receiving three emails instead of one. Any idea?

When you run the search, how many results do you get? Any duplicate rows?
If you are using the Chrome Search Export extension (which you should, it’s awesome), can you export the SuiteScript for the search, and post it here so we can see how you are building your search? Or post screenshots.

Is there more than one field being changed? It seems like if their was more than one field updated that would cause it

I tested it with changing only phone number. No other fileds from result list are charged. Even there is a workflow or an after submit UE script, no impact on the fields from the result list

Unless you specify which fields it should trigger on in the "updated fields" tab, it will trigger on any update on the record. It doesn't care about the columns in the result tab.
