Hi all,I have a situation where emails sent from a transaction record, if the customer replies, they got back to the transaction record. We want them to come back in and create a case though, as the emails on the transactions dont get looked at. Any suggestions for how to handle this? Ideally looking for things others have done that they know worked! I am not too bad with workflows, but have no coding skill, but have recently found an external resource i can use through this group if needed!

you will need a workflow to trigger when email reply comes in which will create a case or task.
also there is case capture from incoming message option to in the enable feature section in setup

We already case email to case capture turned on, but it doesnt capture when its replying to an email tgthat originated forma transaction in NetSuite. I will have a look at the workflow option.
