you should always submit a support ticket, even if there's an announcement; it could come in handy to have a log of issues and proof you tried to talk to them, if you have to sue them

Case raised. UK seems to be down and 1-2 contacts in US are experiencing the same issues

I believe the issue is not NetSuite but Akamai who provides NetSuite CDN, DNS and Virtual Firewall services

<@U01LR2ZSG1X> no other akamai services appear to be down (Steam, Rackspace, Yahoo, RedHat...)

Edge DNS and Prolexic services are currently having trouble per the status page

If your web store is showing an error message like this, which includes a Reference number. That reference number is an Akamai look up number. However I believe you need a paid account with Akamai to actually look it up

Yes, our site is down.  receiving the Akamai error message or doesn't load at all

We are facing this issue as well for multiple websites. We are currently in the process of creating support tickets.

Our SiteBuilder web store has been offline since about 8:40am. Submitted my ticket and biting my finger nails for the last hour now. Oof!

Back too. I hope EVERYONE requests a Root Cause Analysis from NetSuite. 90+ minutes of downtime is a big deal.
