Hi, I have a user whose account preferences seem to have become corrupted- they can’t access the Appearance tab, and it’s stopping a lot of other screens working too. I’ve tried getting them to log out and back in, cleared cache, tried a different role, edited and saved their user account, all to no avail. How can I force their account preferences back to default?
