Hi, One of our users is not able to submit a PO. When a vendor is selected, it does not auto-populate the subsidiary. It works fine for all other users and me. This is not working for one user only. We already tried clearing the cache, but that didn’t work.

Did you check if there are any restrictions on that user or role?

What kind of user restrictions? This user has never had any issues before, and this is a superuser. Knows NS well.

I was thinking of HOME > SET PREFERENCES > RESTRICT VIEW > SUBSIDIARY. But I just tested doing that to myself, and it did not seem to behave in the way you described, so that may not be it.
