Hi everyone, I'm facing the following issue - For Advanced ICJEs, "Auto Balance" is clicked, but the Name does not automatically populate. For context, I have generated the representing customers and vendors using NetSuite itself. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening? Thanks.

Have you or someone else created intercompany vendors and customers manually (populating the Represents Subsidiary field on the customer and vendor records)?

There is more than one IC vendor and/or IV customer in your instance. You need to delete manually created IC entities. If they are all manually created you need to have only one IC Vendor and IC customer per pair of subs

None of the entities were created manually. They're all automatically generated using the in-built tool.

I did not articulate my question well. Maybe someone else created intercompany vendors and customers on top of the autogenerated ones. You won't see them on the Subsidiary list page. You have run a saved search.
