Guidance needed on APM showing massive Client Render times, Users reporting massive 'slowness' of NetSuite., Looked at APM tools are Client Render seems to be taking an age. What odd, is this impacts : • all users, • across all different locations. • Mainly against Transaction record types, • Around the same time each day Historically, NS Support have said these delays are caused by the client, and nothing on their platform. I'm sceptical. Has to be something with platform/infrastructure... what do you all think?

One thing that I've seen impact transactional performance immensely is an excess of custom objects associated to transactions. How many transaction forms do you have for a transaction type? Custom Body and Column fields? Custom subtabs? etc. When NetSuite loads a transactions it loads all of those things associated so that it can make a determination about what should be shown/hidden. So if you have a lot, it really can impact performance. Maybe a place to start.
