Hi everyone, is anyone familiar with Netsuite WMS app to receive the inbound shipment? There is an Inbound Shipment that has all the items received except 1. That item is showing the quantity in negative on the WMS app where as there is no item receipt created for that item against that inbound shipment. Is there any way to know why this is happening?
