My management team would like to be able to see what our customers are searching on our SuiteCommerce website. I found the SuiteCommerce Top Searches workbook in our analytics, as we have the feature COMMERCE SEARCH ANALYTICS enabled, but the workbooks never populate with any data. What am I missing here? Is there additional set up that needs to be done? The NetSuite article does not have any additional steps other than enabling the feature. We do not currently have the SuiteCommerce Analytics Data feature, but it does not state in the article it is needed for these workbooks. Any assistance is appreciated!
And have you waited 48 hours since enabling these features for data to collect?

Yes, our SuiteAnalytics Workbook feature is also enabled! Both features have been enabled since I started a month ago, but still no data populates in those workbooks

OK, and you’re definitely using the search feature included with SuiteCommerce and not a third-party?
(Eg SearchSpring)

I'm 99% sure it is SuiteCommerce as I have updated the Search Index/Facet Fields to help narrow search results (as they added EVERYTHING into that area), but if I wanted to confirm, would a third party search feature just be an extension?

If you don’t know they you probably don’t, it’s not very common
Unless anybody else has suggestions, normally I’d recommend first going to your ACS (Advanced Customer Support) rep and getting them to help you out; this is the sort of thing that they deal with
If you don’t have ACS then a normal support case could probably be the right way to go

Sounds good to me, thanks for your help!

You can also use GA4 to get a search terms report

I was able to get NS to assist - ended up needing to copy the dataset and then select "Reset Criteria", and then make a new workbook based off of that updated Dataset
