Hi Everyone, I am trying to understand why the GL impact on an item fulfillment differs from the GL impact from the sales order and invoice - can anyone help shed some light here? The attached screenshots are for the same transaction. Thanks!

From an account perspecive - they look correct in that the sales invoice should be affecting the revenue side of the transaction and the item fulfillment should be affecting the COGS side of the transactions. The revenue transaction is at the sales amount and the COGS is at the cost of the item amount. The difference is the profit margin. Does that help?

Doesn't look incorrect per se, just the item you are have fulfilled has a cogs greater than the sell amount. Could be normal, could be due to your costing method. All depends.
