Hi all, has anyone managed to integrate Zoho CRM to NetSuite?
m
Yes I’ve done this in the past. I love all zohos tools. Are you facing an error?
Or just wondering if it’s possible?
t
Hey @MGBC, just wondering if its possible at this stage and the effort required. What have you used in the past to do this?
m
I’ve just built a custom SuiteLet/RESTLet in NetSuite to pull the info from Zoho. That way you don’t have to pay for ongoing subscriptions But if you want a 3rd party tool Celigo is probably one of the easier ones to learn. (Which I’ve also used extensively with zoho and other tools)

I could provide you some rough numbers if you would need outside help to do this

I built a POC for an integration using integrator.io (Celigo) a couple weeks ago. There were a couple of challenges (couldn't get it authenticated with a dev account so I had to use a demo account instead, and needed to use the REST API view directly for a couple of exports that the Zoho form didn't support) but overall it worked very well.

I see, thanks heaps for the responses. Very early in discovery at this stage, figuring out if it's something we want to pursue. @MGBC that'd be great if you could provide rough numbers

Hi @TM_Kev makes sense...good to know what you'd be getting into. Just to help me get you in the ballpark, could you let me know which Zoho CRM objects you would want to sync with NetSuite? I listed them all in the table below with the "matching" NetSuite record. If you could put in the Notes column either Not Needed One Way Sync (Zoho to NS) One Way Sync (NS to Zoho) Two Way Sync and any other notes you can think of that would be super helpful
This way i would know if we were talking about just syncing some Contacts and cusotmers, vs all items/pricing/transacxtions, etc.
t
Hi @MGBC, would just be a one way sync for Accounts/Customers and Sales Orders

Hi @TM_Kev thanks this is helpful. There are many options here but the two most common are a 3rd party integration platform or just a custom built integration For the 3rd party integration route the two most popular options are Zapier and Celigo. Zapier is a low cost option at about $50/month and Celigo is a medium priced option at $600-$800 per month (many top of the line platforms are $20k -$40k). Zapier could probably handle some simple integrations like you described so might be a decent starting point. With both 3rd party options it would take me about 30 hrs to configure and implement on top of the subscription you would pay The custom built integration is nice because there is no continual subscription but we’d build it from scratch. I estimate about 50-60 hrs to build this I work on an hourly basis at around $120/hr depending on the type of task Hope these few ideas help
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with

That's great, thanks @MGBC, will do!
