Does anyone have experience with both FiSpan and ABSI for bank data import? Would you recommend one over the other?

How many bank accounts are you working with?

We use both - 4 external banks and over 100 accounts.  I think the Fispan route is generally smoother; both have pain points with the Format Profile setup with a ton of accounts.

That was the impression I got after our FiSpan demo today, I've set up ABSI for some of my former clients, but my current company is considering FiSpan as well.

Yeah, I'd say it's mostly a coin flip.  FWIW, I've had nothing but great customer service from Fispan.

Hey <@U05CQDDH7TP>, Matt from FISPAN here! Late to the party, but I’m glad you’ve had a good experience with our support team - they are truly awesome! But also wanted to provide some information about the pain point you’ve mentioned about the Format Profile set up with a ton of accounts.

Our team has recently made enhancements to the bank feeds feature which now allows users to map all accounts in the same format profile. No need to create a format profile for each account anymore!!
