@al3xicon This looks like a bug to me. Did you try logging the line index value to confirm behavior(that it is getting value after the line from where insert is clicked). What do you mean the page is more than one? How many line items do you have? You mean you do not exp this in lesser lines? I suggest filing a support case if you are able to recognize a pattern.
