Has anyone seen a scheduled saved search just... stop sending to some contacts? This one hasn't been changed since 2021
(naturally "lo" is an employee so we didn't notice 🙃)

Is "lo"'s email on the bounced email list?

if you open some of the ones not sent what do you see under delivery status and failure reason?
i believe it might be the native netsuite throttling when an email has the same recipients and same subject

@kennkerp Nope, and this is a search of successfully sent emails. There are no undelivered emails related to this search that I could find.
It's getting sent successfully, but only to the one contact.
@Israel Gonzalez Nope, I checked that too. Those messages would have showed up as undelivered email with a reason "Not sent: Blocked by mail filter"

ok yeah sounds like a different issue then, so the issue that you have is that lo is an email on your domain and they are receiving the emails successfully. but all the other recipients are not?

(and yes, we are still able to send email to other domains, just, not on this scheduled search)

that sounds like a tricky thing to troublehsoot since NetSuite might blame it on the recipient side, i had a hard time getting them to realize that the blocked by mail filter was actually a throttling on the NetSuite side they were adimant it was the recipient blocking the emails
