Has anyone came across something like this, we have customers defined like this

Family > Bill To > Ship To

. On a Sales Order I set the customer (

ship To level

),I get this ID, then I do a Lookup to get the

Bill To

id and be able to get some fields from this record, but if I do it with a lookup I get the Family id and when I do it with a record.load I get what I want, that is the Bill To id, any ideas?
