Hi all, We are thinking about implementing Saleforce with Netsuite. If you don't mind sharing what have been your experiences and what did you use it for?

I helped the with the Salesforce NS integration, but the flow wise was mainly the KYC, and some contract/billing statuses NS worked mainly just for financials, this company had commission for sales and the sales was responsible to followup on billed but unpaid invoices, so that was the back and forth

Thank you. That is partly what we are looking to use if for but also for putting in prospects and customers. Netsuite looks like it has a native version of salesforce however to use it you have to buy Netsuite Seats. Did you use it all for something like that?

NetSuite has its native CRM if thats what you're talking about, I think its free (module wise), but its not very fleshed out? Licenses for users do apply though. (accessing NetSuite) Although you could in theory develop integration with Slack/Teams to query client information... It is one of the more popular methods - if you do that, you only need one full user license through the api call, then you only need one user perpetually.. Obviously mm you'd still need to implement this I think it depends on what you already have and the complexity
