Without scripting You can Copy your existing form, hide the field, and then disallow all other forms on the roles in question. Make the roles in question use form "customer field hidden (for ie) " and the normal roles use the standard form.

It is not the custom filed. I want to hide entire customer record for certain subsidiaries

but it is possible that the user does a saved search and finds the information I think

I need to grant access to all the subsidiaries, but the customer data should be hidden for some subsidiaries and make it available for other set of subs.

The best way is to use a special segmentation for this record and use restriction to access on the data who use this segmentation
