Does anyone use the Amazon > NetSuite Integration App from Celigo? I just can't figure out why there are SO many error ALL the time. The biggest headache now is that when processing a settlement an order is included in the settlement file to be marked as paid, but there is an error because the Invoice doesn't exist in NetSuite yet.
When you look at the order in Amazon Seller Central it says it's still "pending payment"! So how can we be being paid out on an order that is still pending payment? It's like 20-30 orders every settlement flow and you have to wait for weeks to get themt o close out to when Amazon marks them paid and they finally integrate over.
Anyone else experiencing this same problem? I've used this connector 3 times before and never had this issue. Is this new?
