I think I accidentally disabled my access to one of our Sandboxes (I’m the admin).  Is there any way to get back in without calling NS Support?  I’m still in on my other SBs and on Prod.

Give access to another admin account and grant yourself access?

there’s one other, but he’s AFK and also it’s likely I did the same thing to him…..

was setting up who had access when I effed it

Did you get the access back? If not, refresh the sandbox again from the production.

NS said they wouldn’t be able to do it for me and I would have had to refresh otherwise
