Hello, Our Company was sold and we might need to create a couple of new Subsidiaries to run the business from now forward. • Has any of you gone through a process like this? I am looking for all things we need to consider. Thank you in advance.

There is quite a lot to consider, such as the permissions and selected subsidiaries of existing employees; making sure all companies can operate within the same chart of accounts; identifying if you want to share customers or vendors across subsidiaries (i dont recommend this)
