Hello People So I am working with customers shared by multiple subsidiaries. I want to update some customers and want to remove one or two subsidiaries from customer records. Can I do that with CSV Import? If yes then how? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

TBH, I haven't done this before (just created them), but Customer-subsidiary relationships is a separate csv import. If you say overwrite sublists does that allow you to update existing and removes the other ones?

and how would the template look like for customer-subsidiary relationship CSV import? since there is no form for it, should I just include customer and subsidiary reference along with primary subsidiary?

Hmm…yeah I’ve only ever had to add, not delete. Can you create a saved search of the subsidiary relationship record? Could do the inline edit deletion trick then. Otherwise might have to script it or do it manually.

I tried doing what you said. I am unable to remove any subsidiary from customer record. I wonder why, like there is a button to remove but it is disabled. Strange.

@Anas Jakwani First, Make sure from UI that you are able to remove them from list. I guess, but not sure when you have any transaction related to that relationship, you are not allowed to remove that relationship.
