I wish I had a better SDF answer for you, but it's things like this that make me just exclude Saved Searches from my SDF projects. They just behave too strangely

Found something interesting! This bug seems only to affect saved searches that are not Public. Once I made it public, I was able to pull and redeploy.

I had this same error, and eventually figured out I could only deploy with an admin token.
