Hey All, when clicking on the messages tab under communication on a Vendor Return Authorization is there anyway you can default the email address to the customer instead of the vendor?

Maybe with wf

I know I can set a workflow to send an email to a specific address but I'm more interested in customizing the messages tab for manual emails
