I have a client script in sandbox. after the refresh of sandbox, my script does not give logs. the script is there. what could be the issue?

Check the log level on the deployment record

Do you mean logs from previously, or new logs? System Notes are not included in the refreshed data, so there will be no system notes on a freshly built sandbox.
