Hello! Suddenly, all names in all our workflows changed from the custom name to “state 1”, “state 2” etc. If we double click on the state, we can see the old name. We are using the state name in sourced fields on transaction and they now show “state 1, 2 3” etc. It shows state 1 state 2 state 3 under system information / active workflows too. Anyone encountered this behaviour before?

Just checked some of our workflows and not seeing that issue. However, have had some recent issues with workflows such as not triggering all the states just triggering the last state. As well as certain criteria not always triggering correctly, even when everything is the same; same date, same customer, same employee, same context.
