I had a question regarding the Make Auto-Create Rule From Selected Transactions feature - I have imported Bank Data into NetSuite and the same data exists in the system as well. Ideally, it should let me check the Make Auto-Create Rule From Selected Transactions checkbox in the Match Bank Data page, but that checkbox is disabled for some reason. Even though the criteria for that checkbox is met, it still won't let me select that box. Please note that I'm using the Admin role. Type of transaction - Checks. Any insights would be highly appreciated. Thank you! 🙂

It can only be checked if you had transactions in the bank but not in Netsuite and when you create that transaction in netsuite deposit or charge only then you can check this checkbox. It only support 1 to 1 match only.

Thank you for responding, @sam1128! So, if I want to apply this functionality for a Check type transaction, that checkbox won't work? It worked when I tried with a Deposit type transaction.

Yes it will not work for check based on how I’ve used it.

So if I have a Check in NetSuite and a Check-type transaction in the bank, what's the best approach here?
