12/12/2023, 7:56 PMWe have three admins with around 250~ employees. One full time, one part time that does smaller tasks and one that mostly does larger projects/emergency issues here and there.
As for drowning in work, yeah, we kind of exist in a perpetual state of 'prioritizing' issues and accepting that not everything can get done. YMMV 🤷

12/12/2023, 9:34 PMAnd I'm not drowning at all (thankfully); in fact I'm often bored. I don't think we have a particularly complex instance, which helps, though our subsidiary structure gives me nightmares constantly (we have over 500 and over 1000 bank accounts).
