Any idea how can I trigger before/after submit on a special work order (creating from sales order) ? UE script is not trigger in that situation

In the UES deployment record, select the Event Type as Special Order.

As I can see I can choose only one option, is there a way to make it work for regular work orders too if i put event type ?

No, any other event type is available. For that regular work order, you need to Create another one deployment.

You mean another script, becouse I cant create 2 deployments of work order on the same script
