Hi guys! SCA version 2023.2 bundle is now available on our Production account but not yet on our Sandbox account. *Is a Sandbox refresh necessary or will the SCA 2023.2 be automatically provisioned to our Sandbox without a refresh?* 

_[Just asking because we have ongoing developments on Sandbox but also wants to test the new SCA version before doing it on production.]_

I don't think you need a refresh, but you should just be able to ask your AM or support for it
