Has anyone had a netsuite direct do a system healthcheck?

One of clients had substantial system performance issues. NS suggested that they do a health check. It was performed but not entirely conclusive. The client had done a poor job or managing scripts and workflows that were firing in the system. Ultimately, there was a suggestion that a tier upgrade may fix the problem.
It was not helpful.

I have had a few clients do the healthcheck - it took a lot more internal time answering the questions and did not yield anything useful - it was more of a NetSuite sales tool in my opinion
