Good morning all! Looking for guidance on how to setup various Item Fulfillment Email templates that send based on the SO Form type used. E.g., default email sends for all “default” SO forms, custom email sends for “custom” SO form.

You would have to stop using the default fulfillment messaging and move everything to workflow(s) to send the email based on the custom form.
