I am also having same issue, I believe your account is not vet moved to OCI, you have to early request for the same to NetSuite Support.

If it’s a test drive account then it probably won’t be moved to OCI any time soon without you asking for it. Get the account owner to request it via support or their account manager.

Just received email for OCI move and will be done in start of next month.
