Hi all, we are changing our trigger from SFDC Opportunity to generate sales orders in NS. New trigger is working fine except when we are updating the Opportunity - primarily we are updating custom fields in SFDC which should then update in NS. I have enabled ‘allow updates post approval’ in Celigo. I’m getting the error regardless if I update the opportunity by adding a new product/line item to it. Have been going back and forth with Celigo support for a few weeks who haven’t been able to provide further insight. The error says “You must enter at least one line item for this transaction”, missing_line_items, and the source is post map suitescript hook. I’ve confirmed the Celigo suitescript is updated in NS. Does anyone have experience or suggestions on how to address this?

@Ondina Sturges this one is likely nuanced, so Celigo Support is probably your best bet. I am with Celigo and I will see if Support can explore other options.
