I've seen this type of spinning on workflow transition mass updates. It usually resolves after a clear cache+re-login.

Just heard back from NetSuite - it’s a known defect. Drives me crazy when they have a SA article telling you to use a tool that they acknowledge doesn’t work. What a f***ing waste of time.
