Hi, hoping someone can point me in a good direction for email filtering? I can't be the only one with this problem.
We are emailing customers directly from the invoice record in NetSuite. That's fine and dandy, but we have a customer that responded with their CC information for us to process for them. We can't have that, especially with PCI compliance. We are deleting these communications currently, but is there another way to catch and stop inbound emails from passing sensitive info?
Ideally, we would like to keep our process the same but just preventing those emails from coming through and giving a kickback to the customer. Any thoughts?
