which one?

Isn't this all written out pretty clearly in the documentation? Do you want support to summarize it for you? I don't get it.
it is a freemarker template as far as I know
p
Yea it is usually freemarker wrapped in xml or similar but there is documentation via suiteanswers - not entirely wrong of them to point you at their PS dept though - and why would a bank just change their format without warning? Makes no sense 🙂
oh Watz linked it, yea start there
Well if there is an existing format you would start there and look into each change one at a time - if they changed the format completely you probably should get help, anyone here is happy to provide pointers on specifics but we can't do it for you. It is not that simple depending on type of file and its impossible to give the correct answer to anything unless experience specifically with wells fargo or spending hours on the documentation.
fair enough, haha 😂

The standard template doesn't work for us. So I've done a new one, that's way better in order to automate reconciliation of NACHA files. The mapping of fields it's not well done from a finance point of view. That said, @reptar, for me it makes sense what they've answered you. If you don't know how to integrate with banks and how to handle template files with freemarker, having a good knowledge, then it's like you are asking the support team do the job for you.
Like asking: How can I do a script to integrate NS with SalesForce and export all invoices? THat's a solution that requires a PS team or an expert professional

I've done a ton of these payment files if you wanna pm me

Mac @reptar your boss Talib might have done this in the past, ask him if he did so. PM me I have done, IAT, ACH and CPA-005 format in the past. FYI I had coffee with your boss a few months ago.
