is this client script? the record you are showing looks a little weird, which suggests it isnt a standard record

in which case thoses values are being calculated by client script

it is not a client script. this is from a case record but it is a custom sublist that I'm trying to populate.

something is calculating those values, you need to figure out what and then how to trigger it

if its a client script, then you also need to use a client script

if its a user event script deployed on the case record, then you wont be able to trigger it via another user event script
