email from netsuite just now: "from next year your Enterprise Service Tier license will no longer include a free sandbox". Why not gouge us for more money while you're at it?

Note that before the Tiered plan came in effect in 2018-19 they used charge for every sandbox about 17-20% of the base licenses fee

To be fair as Sam said it was always an additional cost before and carried over at renewal. Chances are agreements with a later effective date are cheaper (pressure from Microsoft business central in that period also being part of the reason.)
