Steve, thank you for pointing this out. They say this defect 744962 is U5, which means only a future e-fix will resolve this? How is this not more urgent? Do you know if more cases regarding this defect were submitted today?

No, at the moment we are monitoring because we believe it is due to a problem with Akamai: https://www.akamaistatus.com/incidents/srcjbjd9vs20
This is a problem between the NetSuite application and the Akamai caches. If you have a cache that must be urgently cleared, then you can raise a case (or put it in your existing case) and we can manually clear the cache for you. You must include the full domain name
